We were so lucky to stumble across Rover and find Katie. We had just adopted a 9 week old puppy and I found out I had to fly home for a funeral. My husband's work is very unpredictable and I didn't know if he'd be home to take care of our brand new puppy. It's also just a lot of work for one person! Luckily we found Katie and she saved the day. I was so worried and concerned and she really put us at ease. I had lengthy & detailed care instructions and Katie was able to handle all of it effortlessly. Even when I continued to text her with little things I forgot, she was never annoyed or bothered. Her most common reply was "No problem, I can take care of all of that!". She sent us multiple photos and filled out detailed Rover cards every time she completed a drop in visit. She was reliable, sweet, and always respected our home. My husband was definitely overwhelmed while I was gone, and Katie was such a great help. He told me he came home one day and Katie had raked our yard to get rid of all the plumeria flowers my puppy unfortunately loves to try and eat. She gave us some great puppy tips and always left our home cleaned up from puppy food, water, and "bathroom breaks". She also came over for an extra drop in visit on very short notice. We highly reccomend Katie and again we're so happy to have found her. We look forward to seeing her again in the very near future!

Rebecca was the best sitter for our cats over the holidays! She took such good care of our girls and sent us tons of pictures which we absolutely loved. Communication was great and we could tell the girls really bonded with her! That made us feel so good and allowed us to enjoy our trip much more. Will definitely be booking her again next time. Rose was so great and helpful. When all other sitters failed and friends that usually watch Leia were out of town, she got back to me with such short notice and provided great care for her. Would recommend!!!

Lillian did a fabulous job watching my kitties! She works at a pet hospital so she knows animals, and was very professional and helpful. She sent plenty of fun photos and was a great communicator, and even bought more treats for my kitties when they ate them all.
