House Sitting in Ames

Teagan does such a great job with our young lab/coonhound mix who is full of energy! She housesat for us with Bella for a week and was an excellent communicator through the whole experience. And best of all, Bella loves her which makes us feel so much better leaving knowing that Bella will be well cared for and loved.

Izabelle was very responsive with communication and accommodating to our travel delays/changes. She was very good & easy to work with! I highly recommend Izabelle!

Allyson always take such good care of Veera! I received daily updates with photos and notes, giving us a peace of mind while traveling. She always goes above and beyond in her care.

Hailey did an excellent job and we had a great vacation knowing that our dog was being well cared-for. Hailey went the extra mile in spending time with our pup and even took her on a walk to our local pet store for some extra treats and attention. She left the house clean, and when a plumbing issue arose while we were away she notified us promptly and was a great help in getting it taken care of. We had a great experience and would definitely trust Hailey again in the future!

Great communication! Sent photos and updates everyday and my pets were very obviously cared for and happy when I returned! Would definitely rebook!

Erin was great! She took my Levi to a park and spent a lot of time with him. She sent me pics. She also cleaned my bedding and remade my bed just before she left, which she didn't need too...also ran my dishwasher and put away my dishes. Wow, I wasn't expecting nore asked her too. She was awesome! Thank you so much Erin!

Jessica was great house sitting our two spoiled pups. One of our dogs is protective and did some growling when Jessica arrived but it didn’t take long for them to become buddies. We know the dogs were very comfortable because they slept in bed with Jessica. I’m sure she was looking forward to a good night’s sleep after her stay because they can be bed hogs. We will definitely use Jessica again!

This was our second time having Kristianna housesit with our two large dogs. She takes great care of them, sends updates during her stay, and leaves our house very clean. I would recommend her to others and hope to book again!

Maya was so great! She watched my two dogs for a last minute trip and took such great care of them. She sent me tons of pictures and updates.

Lauren did a great job caring for our “herd” of animals while we were on vacation. She was prompt to show up for care instructions, communicate and left out home in a great condition. Would definitely use her again if we go out of town!

This was my first time using Rover.com. I have to say I was a bit leery of having a stranger stay in my home. Since my 6 lb spoiled princess is not the type of dog that could stay at a kennel for 6 days, I started reviewing my options on Rover looking for a responsible, dog loving human that would be able to be with her most of the time and agreeable to do the things she’s used to doing and had good reviews. So after looking at quite a few options, click….I sent a request to one that seemed to meet all my criteria. I’m sure now that I hit the dog mom jackpot! Brian agreed to take care of her, sent daily pics and updates, was able to work from my home and be there with her like she’s accustomed to (she’s my retirement dog!), left my home so nice and clean, and has a fun personality too! He will definitely be my first choice next time I need Lacie care! 🐾

Kylee is my go-to sitter. She takes care of my pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) as if they were her own, sending updates and pictures throughout her stay. She also made us Christmas treats— how nice is that?!
