Gina was so sweet and kind and very communicative which put me at ease. Shevwent above abd beyond by bringing my digs specual cookies because ut was their birthday! This was my first experience booking with Rover, and I felt very comfortable because I could tell immediately upon meeting her that she loves dogs and I trusted that she would take good care of my pups. I was hesitant to leave because my senior dog is in poor health due to his age. He has accidents in the house so I felt bad that the sitter would have to clean up or even find him in a bad state while I was gone. Gina ensured I felt confident by reassuring that she has experience with senior dogs and was prepared to clean up messes and react calmly if something happened. I appreciate that my dogs responded well to Gina's care as I do not leave them very often with others very often. I do feel a sense of freedom knowing that I can book Gina again for my next trip and that all of my dogs will be well taken care of and loved on. Thank you Gina!

I highly recommend Elizabeth! She has cared for our greyhounds a few times now and does a great job. She sends lots of pictures and keeps us in the loop about things - we love that. She's been flexible and able to provide care when needed. We will absolutely hire her again!!

Destiny was wonderful with my cats and even brought extra toys and treats for them while we were away! Her communication was also wonderful and she sent lots of pictures and videos.

Madison did a wonderful job with home visits for my Minnie Aussie this weekend. It was great to get a report with each visit. This was so great when needing last minute help when my previous arrangements fell through. Will definitely use again!

While Angela and I were spending the day getting married, Sarah stopped by our house twice and took such good care of Rebel. Took him on a walk, chilled and played with him, and sent us pictures. It allowed us to rest easy knowing he was in good hands! Would book with Sarah again!

Simply put, Jason was amazing with our dogs Jules and Killian. Killian recently suffered from a spinal stroke which left him with a lot of mobility issues. We needed someone to drop in and check on Killian several times a day through the week so my sister and I could go to work with some piece of mind that killian was alright. Jules is sweet and loves everybody. Killian is a grumpy old man who is shy, stubborn and set in his ways! We were afraid that he wasn't going to let anyone pick him up out of his kennel, and carry his 35 pound butt outside so he could try to potty. Initially Killian did snap at Jason. I was actually a bit nervous that Jason would feel as if Killian was to much of a hand full to deal with. Jason was surprisingly patient, understanding, persistent and inventive with Killian's care. Each visit Jason gave both dogs love and attention and even won over Killian! Which is hard to do. In four days Killian went from snapping at Jason and trying to run away from him, to wabbily running to Jason for pets and treats! We can't wait for Jason to come back from vacation so we can have piece of mind knowing that somebody is caring for our dogs as much as we do! Thank you!
