I was new to Rover and was a little apprehensive about using the app as I just got my puppy and I wasn’t sure how it all worked. Carol is absolutely AMAZING with our 4 dogs! She is always very thorough and detailed which is a HUGE piece of mind when you have special needs dogs and medications involved! She is very knowledgeable in regard to dog behavior and it shows in her interactions with our newest (skittish) adopted dog. I HIGHLY recommend Carol for her professionalism, attentiveness and over all genuine consideration in regard to providing the best care!
