Jessie was an amazing cat sitter and wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond for us doing drop ins, and always gave us excellent photos and updates. Despite our last-minute holiday booking, she made time for a meet-and-greet and was so kind and attentive. She got to know each cat’s personality, and even our wary cat warmed up to her by the end of the week. I would definitely recommend her!

Jessica did a great job looking after my fur babies while I was out of town. She made sure to reach out if she had questions and gave my kittens lots of treats and play time!

Had a good repertoire from the meet and greet onwards. We had no worries that our two kitties would be well cared for in our absence. Luna kept us well-updated on what our boys were up to and sent pictures as well. If we ever need a sitter again, we'll be checking with Luna first!

Genesys was great! If I need someone to check on my little guy while traveling again, I know who to rebook. Genesys was reliable and communicative, and also diligent when attending to unexpected snags in the beginning - such as my cat's bumpy first day without me there, and figuring out schedule / communication with a 6 hour time difference. We hit a good flow, my cat warmed up to Genesys quickly, and I came home after 2 weeks to a happy little fellow!
