I wish I could give Jeanette more than a five-star review – she deserves it! She met us ahead of our travel plans to discuss care for our special needs cat and I appreciated all the questions she asked. Our cat was on multiple medications twice daily and leaving him for a week was a stressful concern for my husband and I, but with Jeanette's help, we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was so well cared for. It was especially meaningful to me that she gave our fur baby the lap time he was used to with us and I know that helped him in our absence. The daily updates and pictures were so appreciated. The next time we need to arrange for care for our fur babies, we will definitely reach out to Jeanette again. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

Madison did a great job taking care of our cat while we were away. She has excellent communication and shared pictures daily.

Gillian was incredible! She accepted our booking on super short notice when we were in a bind and our pup was having tummy issues. She was very responsive and communicated well throughout the visit. Even put in the time to just sit and hang out with my pup so he could get more comfortable with her. We will 100% be booking her again!

Morganne has been doing drop in visits for our puppy. She provides us with very detailed rover cards on how the visit went along with reaching out directly to us with any questions or concerns. She really does go above and beyond! We feel at ease leaving our puppy with her when we are gone. We definitely be rebooking!

Katlin was great! She was so helpful and took great care of our elderly dog and cats. We had a last minute trip and she did a great job! She communicated any questions or concerns and was very responsive and responsible! She clearly loves animals and it shows. We would definitely book her again!
