House Sitting in Polk City

I was very impressed with Ashlee. She did an amazing job, text updates, photos, and called one night when something out of the norm happened. She was on time, kept up on dishes and even did a load of laundry for the dogs. I would recommend her hands down and I will be planning my next vacation around her availability.

Lexi has stayed with our bossy heeler/ corgi mix several times and always does a great job keeping her entertained and keeping us up to date.

Nancy was great with our dachshund! She stayed at our house for a long weekend up to the 4th of July and our boy was well taken care of. We rarely leave out but with anyone but family, i am relieved to find a kind and loving person to take care of him outside of that!! She also took care of my moms dog without hesitation!! We will for sure ask her to watch him in the future!!

Andrea is a wonderful doggo/house sitter. He communication skills are top notch. She goes above and beyond and that is rare. Absolute rockstar.

Our experience with Meg was nothing short of excellence! We were gone for an extended period of time while she watched our pup in our home. She provided daily pics/videos and we could tell she was truly loving on him during our time away. Meg was so easy to communicate with and took great care of our home in addition to our pup. I would highly recommend Meg to anyone looking for a professional and loving caretaker for your pet.

Yasmin is a rockstar! She was punctual and communicative and most importantly she loved on my dogs while I was away. I would definitely recommend her. 🤩

Kendra did a FANTASTIC job house sitting my special needs golden retriever. She was attentive, kind, and friendly with him. He unfortunately got into the trash the day before she had to sit him, so she kept a very close eye on him to make sure he was feeling better. I will definitely book with her in the future. She kept my place clean and was very respectful. Sent daily pictures and updates.

Our Shitzu was never left alone and we were a bit tense as it was the first time. In a short time it was apparent why Allison is rated so high and an excellent hand with pets. She took good care, made sure he ate and drank in time and also took him for walks. She left the house super clean and left plenty of pictures and updates. We would love to have her take care of our Shitzu again and and are now confident to make extended trips. Thank you Allison.

Always love to have Jessica with our sweet boy Barzy. Highly recommend. Sends lots of photos and cute messages while we are gone. He is well taken care of and likes her a lot!

Jen and her daughter were amazing! We had to use them for our dog and cat on very short notice, and they were nothing but accommodating. Her daughter is using the funds to raise money for a trip to Disney, and we loved how much attention she gave our pets. We will absolutely be using Jen and her daughter in the future. We can’t recommend them enough!

Alisa is great ~ we love her communication and care for our Milo! She also goes above and beyond with special requests like taking the recycles to the curb which is so appreciated! We highly recommend Alissa!

After a meet and greet, Anthony stayed in our home with our two fur babies, Hank & Gracie, for nine days while we were on vacation. Mackenzie also checked in throughout the week. We received lots of photos and videos of our Doodles during our time away and could clearly tell that Hank & Gracie were very happy and comfortable while we were gone. Anthony and Mackenzie make a great team, being trustworthy and reliable and even doing some "extras" for us. They are definitely animal lovers! We are looking forward to having them sit for us again!

This was my first time using Rover.com. I have to say I was a bit leery of having a stranger stay in my home. Since my 6 lb spoiled princess is not the type of dog that could stay at a kennel for 6 days, I started reviewing my options on Rover looking for a responsible, dog loving human that would be able to be with her most of the time and agreeable to do the things she’s used to doing and had good reviews. So after looking at quite a few options, click….I sent a request to one that seemed to meet all my criteria. I’m sure now that I hit the dog mom jackpot! Brian agreed to take care of her, sent daily pics and updates, was able to work from my home and be there with her like she’s accustomed to (she’s my retirement dog!), left my home so nice and clean, and has a fun personality too! He will definitely be my first choice next time I need Lacie care! 🐾

Jodie was fantastic! She was very accommodating of the pets needs and spoiled them just as much as I do! She even stayed later to help with my senior dogs meds when my return flight got delayed. Her girls were excellent helpers and did so well with my dog, cat and Guinea pigs. I can’t say enough good things about Jodie! I definitely will be rebooking her!

Victoria was wonderful with my dogs and cats. She spent 2 days and a night sending me pictures throughout her stay, My dogs really enjoyed her. I definitely will be booking her again.

Our elderly cat appreciates the play time and care Adrianne gives to her when we're away for the weekend. Our cats mood is much better when we return home when we have Adrianne check on her while we're gone. We appreciate how Adrianne gives Zoey attention.
