Dog Boarding in Urbandale

Jessica is amazing! My dogs were very well taken care of and she even won over my very anxious puppy. She kept me updated and sent pictures and videos all along the way and it really meant a lot to me that they felt so comfortable and like part of her family right away. It’s the first time I’ve left them! Her doggo played so well with ours. She’s great! I won’t use anyone else!

Ashly was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. She took great care of our dogs and provided the perfect amount of updates and pics while we were away for the weekend.

This is the 3rd time we've had Ali board our 11yo beagle. He loves staying and playing with Ali's dog in their huge backyard. I trust my dog is taken care of when in Ali's care and grateful we found her. Ali is well prepared and this last trip I forgot our dog's leash and bowls, I was going to drive back home to get those items but Ali had backups and was so nice to just take care of everything so we could keep our travel schedule on track. Our dog is particular with who he warms up to and had no issues making himself at home. Thank you again, Ali!

Sadie had a great time at Justin’s and met some new friends. Justin was accommodating, easy to work with and did a great job of providing updates which were appreciated!

Scott was wonderful with Stella. He kept us updated with pictures and made us feel like Stella had a home away from home. We recommend Scott to anyone in the DSM area looking for a welcoming and fun environment for their fur babies. We will be bringing Stella back to Scott next time we are in the area!

Cory was awesome! He was very responsive and sent a picture. Our dog had a skin rash and he was willing to put medication on it. I would definitely rebook with him!

Jaden will love and care for your dog as much as you do! Excellent at communication and updates. So grateful to have found him to care for our dog!

Mackenzie took excellent care of our dog while we had a last minute trip. She sent updates and photos throughout Betty’s stay. I could tell Betty was comfortable and happy during her stay in the photos. Betty was exhausted when we picked her up from all the playing with Arthur and Taz! Highly recommend!

Jennifer was great! Very easy to work with and she communicates promptly. She was great with our dog and even sent him home with a pillow he had become fond of ❤️

It was my first time using Rover and I am so happy I found Elizabeth to watch my pups! I have to admit I was nervous at first about the whole situation but once I brought my dogs over to meet Elizabeth for the first time and after speaking with her/getting to know her I knew this was going to be the best fit. She was great with my one dog who has behavioral problems and due to Elizabeth’s knowledge on animals, she was able to get him to warm up within 24 hours on the first day there! She not only takes the best care of them with endless outdoor play but as well snuggles in with them inside! Pictures to prove! Elizabeth sends pics of your pups constantly throughout their time with her. Would recommend and will book again!

Jessica was great with our doggo, Winston. She took him on lots of walks and played with him when they couldn't get outside due to storms. She sent updates and lots of photos daily. She even helped him through multiple storms that set off his anxiety. I would highly recommend Jessica!

Jenevieve and her crew took wonderful care of my sassy girl!! This is the first time I have left her and felt completely comfortable that she was in great hands. She sent frequent updates, remembered every detail o gave her at drop off about all of Eleanor’s quirks, and seemed genuinely excited to have her there. If you’re looking for someone who will love on your pup while you can’t, Jenevieve is absolutely your girl! And she won’t even get mad when your bratty little ball of floof sneaks into the shower to surprise her and remind her that she can’t escape, ever! Eleanor says privacy is overrated anyway! Jenevieve is truly the best!

Our dog loves staying with Samantha! She has watched our dog numerous times now, sometimes even with little notice, and it has been the best feeling knowing that our dog is well taken care of and comfortable with her. Samantha sends lots of pictures and is very responsive. I can tell that she treats our dog like a part of her family and that makes me so happy!

I’d give my 5-stars to Alice, for her great care of Ginger. Highly responsive, great communication, daily updates with pictures. Would definitely come back for future needs. Highly recommended!

Our big Goldendoodle was very comfortable with their family at drop off -- went right in -- and was well loved and cared for while we were gone!

We took our dog, Tuff, to stay with Jess and Scott over the 4th of July weekend while we were out of town and they were amazing! This was our first experience using Rover and I am so happy we found the perfect fit. They kept me updated with multiple photos and assured me everything was going good. They watch multiple dogs at one time and have a big backyard, so Tuff got to run around and play as much as he wanted. Tuff can be shy with new people, but when we picked him up he gave Scott some kisses to say thank you for the best time!

Lisa took great care of both our dogs even despite some challenges when she broke her hand. Her husband was also very helpful and our dogs loved hanging out with them while we were out of state. She even sent home a bag of treats they were especially fond of. Our dogs are often cautious of new people, especially a neglected rescue… and they warmed up to her in only a couple minutes on the meet and greet which had never happened before. Recommended for sure!

My doggy had the best time and made new friends! We definitely will be booking with them again! I feel like she was truly loved as if she were one of their own !

This was the first time in 4 years since having Reya that we have left her with someone else other than family. Patty was so great she sent me picture updates and kept me up to date on everything our dog was doing. The only thing I will be sad about is if she isn’t available the next time I need a dog sitter.
