Dog Boarding in Urbandale

Erin and Chris were great! They treated Nova as their own pet while she was there. We received several updates throughout the stay. Will definitely use again!

Jessica was amazing! She sent videos and pictures of our pup while we were away and was very attentive to any concerns we had while away. Would definitely recommend!

Rachel is taking excellent care of Stacey Lynn. I was in a tough bind trying to locate temporary boarding for the puppy because her owner ended up in the hospital unexpectedly. Rachel came to the rescue. Rachel is kind, responsible, caring and knowledgable about pet care. I highly recommend her and would use her services again should the need arise. Thank you. Cynthia

Ali was completely wonderful caring for our two pups! I was a little nervous to leave our youngest but everything went so smoothly! Ali would text if she had a question but always wanted us to focus on the vacation and not the dogs because everything was fine! She always sent pics though out the stay and in all of them my dogs had the biggest smiles so I know they were so happy! I was afraid they wouldn’t want to come home with me when we got back they had such a great time! Highly recommend!

Boomer and Roxy were very well taken care of by Ashly and her family. Their dog Tony was very friendly and my dogs loved playing together. Thanks!

Scott was over the top with our River. Feed back was quick. Scott sent pictures of River to us while we was on our vacation. Seeing River having fun with new friends was amazing. Scott definitely captured some amazing pictures. We will definitely be using Scott in the near future. We give Scott a rating of 6 out of 5 star's.

Lisa took great care of both our dogs even despite some challenges when she broke her hand. Her husband was also very helpful and our dogs loved hanging out with them while we were out of state. She even sent home a bag of treats they were especially fond of. Our dogs are often cautious of new people, especially a neglected rescue… and they warmed up to her in only a couple minutes on the meet and greet which had never happened before. Recommended for sure!

Tanya and family brought my girls into their home and treated them like family! They got great exercise and love. Great communication from Tanya too!

Alicia was fantastic looking after our dog Max. She sent us photos each day and gave us confidence that he was happy and settling into their family well. I have no hesitation in recommending Alicia to anybody.

Morgan was a perfect fit for Stanley! She was willing to work through Stanley’s quirks and requirements and gave him lots of love and exercise. We loved the updates and hope Stanley can stay with Morgan again!

Samantha was fabulous. Get us updated during chloes stay with pictures and texts . Made our first time using rover very comforting knowing she was in good hands. Would definitely recommend using her

If I have to be away from my dog, I want her to be with Traci. Traci does a wonderful job with my pup. She takes her to the park and on walks and always sends pictures and updates. I can tell my pup is so happy to be there! Last time I came to pick her up she did not want to leave (and that never happens!) I’m so thankful to have someone I trust with my dog and would 100% recommend Traci to any dog owner who needs a sitter!

Cory did an amazing job while boarding our 1 year old German Shorthair Pointer. (Those who know the breed know how crazy they are!) She had a blast and we will be returning to Cory in the future!

Megan was AMAZING with my Bella, sending consistent updates and adorable pictures. I was nervous as this was Bella’s first time being boarded but Megan was wonderful with her, will definitely be rebooking!!

Cliff did a great job with Derby and Cash! He was very conscientious and sent us a lot of pictures and updates. We would definitely call him again to watch our pups!!

Christy and Erkam were so accommodating and took great care of our Stanley. This was our first time leaving Stanley with somebody other than family and he seemed to have such a great “vacation”! He came home happy and exhausted. Hoping to be able to book with Christy and Erkam again!

A+ Alice was extremely responsive and accommodating to my two boys when they stayed at her! She sent pictures and updates two times a day so I was not worried at all. I had some happy boys when I picked them up!

Jessami was great to communicate with and took wonderful care of my dog! I booked last minute and she was happy to accommodate. Would recommend.

Kevin was great with teddy. He had awesome communication and took photos of teddy playing with his bunny. Thanks Kevin for watching teddy and taking good care of him.
