Bill was so accommodating! From the time we contacted him about our pup coming to daycare to when we picked Louie up! AND this was at the last minute AND on Thanksgiving, too! Lots of photos and updates! Easy to communicate with. Bean had a little cut during care and she cared for it and wrapped his paw up! Immediately communicated that with me as well which is always appreciated. Bean always comes back super tired!
