Doggy Day Care in Windsor Heights

I have recently used this platform and was extremely nervous to. I am a first time dog mom and was worried about leaving my 10 wk pup at day care for the first time but I had to go to work. I lucky reached out to Osvaldo and all my nerves vanished. I was blown away by the service him and his wife provided. When dropping Kilo off I was greeted by his wife, who is the absolute sweetest, and see that they had bought a bed and toys for kilo and had a crate for him as well! We then greeted kilo and their 2 year old German Shepherd who is also sweet as can be. Kilo is very skittish and at first was a little scared so they put their pup away so kilo could get acclimated. When I came back they were playing and having the greatest time together! I had never seen Kilo be like that with another pup! His wife sent me lots of updates and check ins which was great in easing my nerves! Osvaldo also took the liberty of doing some training with Kilo, because I had mentioned to him we were working on some commands. Osvaldo was able to get kilo in a sit and stay which we had been working on for weeks! They absolutely exceeded my expectations and cleared all of my nerves! Great family and awesome caregivers! I will be reaching out to them again and definitely recommend!

Lucia is great and made us feel so comfortable leaving our pup for a play date! She was wonderful in keeping us updated and sending photos throughout the day. Would highly recommend! ☻

I took Ollie to Scott's place while I was in town for work. I cannot recommend Scott's place enough! Ollie had a GREAT time and I loved getting the picture updates during the day. Scott has a fenced in yard so Ollie was able to roam free, which I really appreciated. Having other pups there was a huge treat for Ollie as well. I will definitely take Ollie back when I'm back in town!

Great couple. Very personable. Both sent photos and updates to alleviate our fears of leaving service dog for first time in 6 years. Accommodating and pleasant experience.

Heather was great! She is so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Her dogs are super sweet and got along great with ours. Her back yard is awesome for them all to play in. Thanks for making our first Rover experience a good one!

Alisha is AMAZING. I’ve had her as my dogs sitter for almost a year now! I haven’t looked any other sitter since her. My dogs adore her and pull me to her door every time!

Katie was very kind! She was able to watch my dog, Lily very last minute which was extremely helpful! Her place is great for the dogs to play both inside and outside and took her for a walk as well. She sent several photos and videos of Lily throughout the day. Very appreciative of the care Katie gave her. Highly recommend and will book with her in the future!

Sheri did a great job watching our small dog Wrigley in her home for several days. She kept us updated on our dog with pictures and texts, which we really appreciated. She is a great pet caregiver and I would highly recommend you use her services. Darin Boots

Jen is the best! She cares so much about making sure each individual dog’s needs are met and getting lots of love. Nila loves the days she gets to spend there and we love knowing she is being taken care of so well when we aren’t able to.
