Mallory was great! She never missed a time and followed instructions without any problems. She communicated anything and everything right away and so I always felt at ease having her watch my dogs. She sent detailed Rover cards daily and multiple pictures of both of my dogs, which was wonderful to see. She has 3 German Shepherds of her own, which is a testament to her capability and experience, and is one of the main reasons why I chose to have her watch my dogs. She knows what she is doing. I will definitely be using her again the next time I am out of town.

This was our first time using Rover or any type of at-home visit service and we were so lucky to have booked with a person like Michael. He was very timely, clear and communicative, and you can just tell how much he cares for animals. We trusted him implicitly to come into our home and help take care of our two cats when we were away on vacation. We already have plans to have Michael sit for us later this year!

Cailee was great and would recommend or use her again to check-in on our little girl! She was able to arrange a quick meet up with me on short notice before our trip to meet Riley as well as go over everything needed. During the trip Cailee sent pictures and updates. Krista is very kind, and I appreciate that she came over to meet my dogs before I left. The meet went very well which helped me leave knowing they would accept her. They got love and attention while I was gone, and Krista had great communication with how they were doing. It takes a lot of trust to leave your pets and home open to someone, and I highly recommend.
