Lacey was able to help us on short notice and gave us great updates on how Kitty was doing. We appreciate her gathering the mail voluntarily as well. She has been wonderful every time!
We wouldn't consider using anyone but Caroline, after hiring her for a 12 day, twice a day visit for our girl. Our trip was unexpectedly delayed and Caroline extended the time she was willing to come for several additional visits, on EXTREMELY short notice. She took photos on her visits and kept us very up-to-date on how things were going. I can't recommend Caroline highly enough!!
