Nicole was awesome. She sent pictures of my girls during her visits so I knew they were okay. I will definitely book her again when I need help.
Patricia herself was great, met our dogs/us extremely last min when our other sitter ended up with a death in the family.. she came on time, followed directions, and left us with great notes and pics of our pups! Note: the rover app is extremely difficulty to use and continued sending notifications about updating address (which i had already put in) and care info (again I had already entered everything) the entire trip which was very frustrating when on vacation and not having a good signal.
We LOVE having Janet take care of our pets while we are away! She is an attentive, kind, and communicative pet sitter. Our dogs love her, and we appreciate what an excellent job she does.
Melissa has been a great help with our cat, Tino! We will continue to use her services any time we are out of town.
