Shelby is amazing. It is very apparent she is a huge animal lover. Shelby was super flexible and had great communication skills in setting up our appointment. Our puppy is five months old and this was our first experience with Rover. We were extremely pleased with how smooth the process went. Amber is amazing. I was skeptical at first because we have 4 dogs with very different temperaments, including a bulldog who can be a handful ( 2 previous walkers didn’t like walking him). Amber figured out how to handle him right away and now he loves going with her. My 14 year old toy poodle who doesn’t like anyone also loves her, which we are frankly amazed by. I feel totally comfortable when they are with her.
