Katherine was amazing with our pup! Daily updates and great communication! This was our first time using her as our usual sitter was unavailable so l was nervous at first, but she put me at ease right from the start and it was a wonderful experience for us and our dog!! Will book again!

Highly Recommended! We had the absolute pleasure of leaving our dog, Champ, in the care of Mercedes M. from 08/26/2025 – 09/02/2025 while we were on vacation. From start to finish, Mercedes provided exceptional care, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Throughout Champ’s stay, Mercedes sent us daily photos, which gave us peace of mind and kept us connected to him. When I picked Champ up today, he was calm, happy, and peaceful; a clear sign of how well he was cared for. Mercedes even went the extra mile and gave him a bath, so he came home clean, fresh, and smelling wonderful. Our family have complete confidence in Mercedes’s love and care for Champ, and we will continue to refer to her whenever he needs a safe and nurturing home away from home. Megan once again did an excellent job taking care of Winston (8-month Miniature Schnauzer). She even took the time to walk Winston to relieve himself after he ate and in preparation of his pick-up.

Kendra was great with my senior dog. He needs more than the average pup, due to his age and some health issues. Kendra was very understanding and caring, and that means a lot to me and my old guy. She was professional, responsive, and sent frequent updates-which I appreciate. We are definitely booking again!

I had an excellent experience wit Iman! Communication was great from start to finish—Iman kept me updated with frequent check-ins and sent plenty of pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Iman welcomed my dog, Chi, with so much enthusiasm and treated her like her own. It was clear that Chi was happy, comfortable, and well-cared for the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Iman to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Manuel was great and very nice to my not-so-little doggo! She had a great time with him. He was also very flexible with my changing schedule, which I greatly appreciated

Liliana took good care of Murphy. She also was able to take Murphy with a few days notice. Thank you for taking care of Murphy and for taking him on last minute’s notice after a different sitter had an emergency and canceled on me.

Piper loves going to Jim's house. She can't wait to get inside when he opens the door and hardly wants to leave when we pick her up. We highly recommend Jim for your pet's care

Jezebel might be the best Rover sitter I’ve ever had. I had a last-minute emergency trip out of O’Hare and was scrambling for a solution for my dog. Jezebel went above and beyond from the very start—helping me work through a bunch of logistical challenges with my car and airport timing, and making drop-off and pick-up unbelievably easy. Her communication was absolutely top notch. She patiently answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout, and even took the initiative to call Rover herself to make sure I got the most affordable rate without extra fees. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. When I picked up my dog, it was obvious she’d been cared for like family. She had been eating (something she almost never does when I’m away), she was hydrated, happy, and pleasantly tired from playing with Jezebel’s dog. The daily photos were immaculate—honestly, one of the best pictures I’ve ever gotten of my dog came from Jezebel. On top of all that, she was flexible with pick-up times, even by days, which gave me huge peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism, genuine care, and above-and-beyond service, Jezebel is it.

Ann & her family were/are AMAZING! I appreciate the love and care given to Artie. She kept us up to date with pictures and was kind enough to bless him with a special Easter treat and kind enough to accommodate us with scheduling. Her home is a welcoming environment and he had friends to play with. Thanks Ann!

Matt and Leslie are the best! This was our first time leaving our somewhat anxious Shepard mix with someone other than family in our own home. They were so welcoming and the pictures sent left us rest assured that she was happy and in good hands. What a wonderful experience!

Ihighly recommend Susseth for Daycare and Boarding to anyone looking for a fun, and loving place to leave their furry dog. I know my pup loves going there, and I can always relax knowing he is in good hands.

First time using the rover app and Kyla made it super pleasant and easy!! She assisted me and kept me updated how my pups were doing and what they were doing.I will 100% use her services again!

Christina and Joshua were great sitters for our Golden doodle Bentley! He took to them, their two dogs and home right away. They have a spacious home with a huge yard for the dogs to run around and play. Would definitely bring Bentley back!

I was nervous leaving Coco for the first time and Barbara calmed all my nerves! We had a meet and greet and Coco was instantly comfortable with her. I received photos/videos throughout her stay and I knew Coco was in good hands, especially since Coco is not a fan of the fireworks and Barbara kept her distracted and safe 🙂 Will definitely be using her services again!
