Even our shyest cat trusted her and came out to get some cuddles and play. She communicated with us throughout our trip keeping us updated with comments and pictures. Barbara is amazing and very clearly an animal lover. She responded right away, was very personable, took care of my friends and sent many pics to put me at ease they were well. I booked the drop-in visit because an already lengthy trip was doubled and they had run out of supplies. Barbara brought litter and food she had at home because she cares for strays, true compassion for all animals. Besides the many positive reviews she obviously does this a lot as she was already familiar with my complex from walking some neighbors dogs. We are very happy that we had Kayla care for our cat when we were away. We enjoyed her daily reports and could tell that she enjoyed interacting with our cat. We would book her again.

Gwen did an awesome job with my dog and cats. I loved the reports and pictures, and she even made great friends with my one cat that is very shy of strangers. She truly loved spending time with them and made sure they got lots of love and attention. I was able to enjoy my time away and not worry about how they were doing.

Chris was amazing with our shy, brand spanking new puppy. We’ve only had her less than a week and I wanted to make sure she stayed on schedule. At the meet and greet, our puppy was shy but warmed up quickly to Chris. He left very detailed notes about what they did and the best pics!
