House Sitting in Berkeley

Our cocker spaniel Ripley is 15+ years old mostly deaf and not sure he sees very well. Our sitter of many years moved out of state. I wanted him to remain in his home where he feels comfortable. Diane was a godsend, she came to meet him before vacation and I knew immediately she was the one to watch Ripley and our home. She got down on the floor to get to know him. He does not always take to people right away but he did to Diane. While we were gone I received daily updates and pictures. I didn't think I would want them since I never got any from my previous sitter, but I started to look forward to them after the first day. I also liked having Diane stay at our house. The house was so clean when we came home. She also cared for our cat. As long as Ripley is alive and Diane is still pet sitting I can vacation knowing my dog and home are in good hands.

Klaudia was communicative, responsive, and cared for Honey just as we asked her too. We appreciated her regular messages with pictures.

Aimee was a great house and pet sitter. She is prompt, responsible and communicated well with us before, during and after our trip. We came home to a clean house and happy pets! We would highly recommend Aimee.

Malcomn took such great care of our dog when we were out of town. We got lots of update and pictures and knew he was in good hands. We would have Malcomn back any time!

I could not be more pleased with Jamie. She handled all the various nuances of taking care of my 2 year old male St. Bernard which is not easy. Plus played with my cat who lives upstairs. Everything looked great when I got home… spotless. She brought in the mail & even watered my outdoor plants for me. Awesome!!!

I hired Catherine for a second time to house sit for my pets. She was wonderful. I got updates and pictures and my apartment was just as I left it, maybe even cleaner. My pets were super happy and well cared for. Thank you Catherine!

As a Dog mom, I have never met anyone more considerate, caring, kind and compassionate as Gail. My dog has always had anxiety towards new people to the point where we couldn’t board her or take extended periods of travel. We have always had concerns regarding Lily’s care because when we boarded her in previous years they mistreated and abused her,because they didn’t understand how to properly care for a dog like Lily. Gail understood those concerns. She went over and beyond to ensure that Lily was safe, loved, and well taken care of.  I recommend Gail for any dog mom seeking someone who will deliver over and beyond for their fur baby. Gail also ensured that we came home to a clean and beautiful home! I appreciate her so much for all she did and me and my girls consider her extended family. Rachel was awesome! She provided extremely thorough updates and we felt very secure and comfortable leaving her with our dog for our first experience using Rover. We will definitely try to book again and highly recommended Rachel for any pet care needs!

Holly was wonderful. She took wonderful care of our animals and our home while we were out of town. She was flexible with changing travel schedules, communicated often, and provided us with picture updates of the babies. We will absolutely look forward to hiring her again next time we are out of town!

Angelina is great at communication and did a wonderful job taking care of Chewbacca and Mika for four nights in our home. They were happy in the many pictures she sent! And we could tell she was attentive and caring while babysitting the dogs. The house was in great shape, too. I highly recommend her and want to use her again!!!

Alicia was awesome! She sent us multiple photos every day and took great care of our Dixie. We will definitely book her next time we need someone to take care of Dixie. Highly recommend!!!
