Karen was absolutely amazing! Our kitty isn't a fan of people but Karen was patient and kind. By the last day, Fern even let Karen pet her. Karen also went above and beyond and sent lots of pictures. We will definitely have her back.

Best experience for our pets and for us ever!! Dawn was in touch everyday, managed to get our dog to take his arthritis medicine, and convinced our antisocial cat to hang out with her. We even FaceTimed our dog while on vacation! Perfect stay. Dawn was nurturing, calm, and included our babies in her daily activities. Love her and will absolutely ask her to keep them again!!

Mary Ann provided us with excellent service during our recent absence from home. She reliably provided us with information on how our two Siamese cats were doing as well as daily photos of their activity.
