We had an extremely positive experience leaving our two dogs with Ruben! He was very courteous and helpful. He was always fast to reply and provided us with several updates, pictures, and videos of our boys throughout the day. I’m extremely glad we were able to find someone as reliable as him on short notice. We’d definitely recommend and will definitely reach out to him again the next time we’re in Chicago!

I am so gracious to Karen and her daughter for hanging out with Sev for a day on short notice. They were so welcoming and caring, and I can tell Sev loved his time over there. It was a great experience!!

Samantha and her family are so warm and welcoming. I appreciated her communication, flexibility, and kindness. She even took care of Haku on her birthday! Highly recommend this wonderful home 💙

By far the best service ever! We have two more trips this year and already booked with him. He is so responsive, sends pictures and videos every day. Gives updates when they are on walks. Our dog is intimidating and he handled him like a true professional.

Gaby has been truly amazing!!! She keeps me updated with videos and pictures not only that but she also accommodates with my puppy’s needs and is a very active person!! She is also very helpful and comprehensive in the form that if I’m running late she doesn’t mind taking care of my puppy even more

There aren’t enough words for me to describe how grateful I am for Susana’s service. My boys Skittle & Kevin stayed with her over the weekend and I’m very glad they did. I loved getting updates from Susana about how my boys were doing and how they were behaving. I loved getting videos and pictures from her. I felt as if they were NOT miles away. It’s unbelievable how much peace of mind you can receive with the simple gestures Susana provides. Skittles & Kevin will be forever clients!!! Thank you so much!!!

Penny came home happy and had clearly been loved and well taken care of. We could tell that she had had a great time at Neville's. She didn't have that sad, relieved look that she had when we used to come home from vacation after relying on a dogsitter who just dropped by the house a couple of times a day. This was so much better; she had loving people and dog friends around her at all times. Neville also sent us several photos of Penny frolicking with the other dogs, every day. It was so nice to see her playing while we were away, and made us happy to see that she was not just fine, but better than fine. Neville also made a very useful leash recommendation which we have been using. Thanks for everything, Neville!

Luciano & Luciene could not have taken better care of my dachshund. He was very unhappy with being left by me, but they took him to the dog park next to their home and he had a great time. They stayed in touch during the day and even sent pictures. I will definitely use them again.

Under unforeseen circumstances, Jennifer extended the hours way beyond the commuted hours. My mixed Beagle rescue who has separation anxiety, loves it at Jennifer’s!!!

Aaron looked after our dog, Isabelle, for an afternoon and early evening. He provided regular updates through the day and we found Isabelle in good spirits when we picked her up.

We love Lorraine! She is the most caring and thoughtful Dog sitter. We had an issue where my son forgot to feed our dog before dropping her off and Lorraine was so kind and quickly fed her without a second thought. She also checked in frequently to let us know how our dog was acclimating herself and sent us lovely pictures of the fun she was having. We highly recommend this Doggy Daycare!
