We greatly appreciated how diligent Vicky was in ensuring that a meet & greet took place prior to watching Max. It allowed Max to get acquainted and helped ensure that the minute to minute of her drop-in went according to plan. Max rarely eats when we are away from home. We could tell he must have been comfortable with Vicky because he ate right away with her.

I have now had two great experiences with Stefanie! She checked in on my cat daily and went above and beyond to make sure she was well cared for. I always received updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Kimber can be a little shy with new people, but she warmed up quickly—which says a lot!
