I was somewhat apprehensive about leaving Lucy at home since she lost her eye sight but she did great with Carolyn. Carolyn worked very well with her and sent regular updates on how she was doing. I recommend her highly, especially with a senior dog or one with special needs.

Started off with a few bumps, none of which were Nicole’s fault, but she was quick to come up with a solution. She made it so easy while she was watching our dog. Great communication and she went above and beyond our expectations while sitting. She cared for our dog the way we would and we will be requesting her sitting services in the future. Mackenzie was great with our three cats. She showed up at the agreed upon time, took care of our cats and the litter boxes, sent pictures and responded to our messages, we definitely will reach out to her again when we need help!

This was our second time using CeCe and we really appreciate the extra details she pays attention to around the house while watching our babies (getting mail and packages, moving trash bins, etc) thank you CeCe for being so dependable!

Sarah was wonderful - this was our first experience using Rover and I was pleasantly surprised! She answers very quickly and is super flexible - we met with her a week prior, had her over to meet the cats and us, and walked her through their care routine. Her report cards after each visits were super detailed, she took pictures of the clean litter boxes and full bowls of food to let us know that our babies were taken care of. Super grateful for our awesome experience. We’ll definitely be using Sarah again.

Brian is a gift to us! My Daisy is a very anxious bulldog, but Brian has been extremely good with her that she’s gotten comfortable with him from the moment we first met him. He has a calming presence and knows how to approach and take good care of her. He’s very knowledgeable about their needs/behavior and he’s very meticulous with details from accounting here to Daisy’s care (switching up her food) and remembering household things that’ll bring her comfort (making sure tv shows don’t automatically switch off). He sends great feedback and numerous photos during his drop-in visits. I’m extremely happy that Brian’s been part of our transition to a new routine (house move, etc) and he’s made it so easy for all of us. He is reliable and great with communication, and I feel at ease being away from home knowing Daisy is in great hands everyday. Thank you so much for all that you do for us, Brian!!

Katie was so great with Ava and Chubbs! This was our first time using her service, and we were very happy with her! She sent us video and pictures of our fur babies while we were away from them. We will definitely use her service again!!!

Once again, our cats had wonderful care from Maria. Always reliable and attentive to detail, Maria really sees the cats’ personalities and preferences. They always look so happy in the photos and videos.
