Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Crystal Lake

This was our first experience with River. Our dog sitters canceled a couple days before our trip. We’ve never left them alone with a sitter service or boarding so we were a little nervous but Miss Janet saved the day! She communicated with us, sent photos. We loved her & the dogs loved her! We will definitely be calling her again.

We are so happy with how Jeanne took care of our sweet pup. We wanted someone to stay overnight with our dog at our home because she is too anxious for boarding. Jeanne arrived at the same time everyday and gave us thorough updates after each visit. We enjoyed her consistency for our peace of mind and for our dog’s experience. We would love to have her back to take care of our home and our dog!

Started off with a few bumps, none of which were Nicole’s fault, but she was quick to come up with a solution. She made it so easy while she was watching our dog. Great communication and she went above and beyond our expectations while sitting. She cared for our dog the way we would and we will be requesting her sitting services in the future. Great sitter as usual! I was out of town for an extended period this time, two weeks. Ellie was well fed, litter picked up, and many pictures with detailed commentary. I highly recommend Maria!
