Excellent service! Obvious love for dogs. Communication was superb! Jennifer and family did a great job taking care of my 16 month old Shiba Inu puppy! Every day I got a video photo or text about how Ruby my puppy was doing. They have a nice size fenced in backyard and they live near the Fox River and took Ruby on walks at no time was I ever concerned about how she was doing.

Kasey and her family were wonderful with my Maddie. Maddie acclimated well and became a part of Kasey’s family. (She didn’t want to leave!) Kasey communicated often and provided me with pictures daily. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Maddie was happy and so well cared for! I would highly recommend Kasey!

Brian and his family cared for our 3 dogs for 11 days and they came home home looking relaxed and happy! We received regular updates and photos which made our time away from home much more comforting. Thank you so much!

Rachele provided daily pics and info on the stay of my dogs while I was out of town. She was very flexible with pick up and drop off as well, she did a great job!

Our dog Dixie absolutely loves staying with Chris! She has a gorgeous open backyard for the dogs to play in. She is great with communication and accepted our booking quickly. We would love to have our girl stay with her again!

Jaimie was an awesome dog sitter and my dog Sally loved staying with her. She would provide us detailed updates on how the day went. She would provide Sally ample play time which Sally loved. We appreciated she washed the bowls for us too :) she was easy to coordinate with, and Sally looks forward to staying with her again.

Being a new dog mom since October 2023 this was my fur baby and I 1st time using the Rover app. I would like to thank Beyonca once again for taking such great care of Taz. Beyonca was VERY professional, helpful with walking me through how to utilize the app and everything. Not only that she would send daily updates and pictures of how he was interacting with her dogs as well. Thanks for welcoming my baby into your home! My dog had a great time playing with other furry friends under Tammy's care. She kept me updated with his behavior and sent me videos throughout my dog's stay. She definitely knows dogs and loves them. I will definitely use her services again and recommend her to anyone.

We took a week-long trip recently and for the first time decided to find a sitter for our pupper instead of leaving him with a family member or friend. We couldn't be happier with how Gene settled in with Renae! She sent us updates constantly, Gene had 2 other dogs to play with and keep him company while he was staying there, as well as a mountain of toys for him to keep himself occupied. We will definitely be using Renae again in the future; it's so nice knowing we have someone in the neighborhood we can trust and will treat our pupper as well as her own dogs. She also was super flexible/amenable when our flight got cancelled, and we needed to extend Gene's stay by one day. Thank you so much Renae!

Our second time booking with Katie & Tim! Quickly becoming our favorites to care for Breezy. Amazing communication and we know our girl is in good hands with them!

Sara was terrific with our energetic and strong two-year old Golden Retriever Jackson. She made sure that he did well with the other dogs, kept him busy, and clearly enjoyed having him around. She stayed in touch with photos and updates really well! We look forward to having Jackson stay with Sara again in the future!

Roxie's stay with Peggy went great! I was nervous as this was our first stay with a sitter in almost 2 years and a new sitter too. Peggy did a great job making sure Roxie had all the attention she needed to feel at home and be happy. We will definitely use Peggy again.

She is truly amazing with my fur baby she always treats him as her own.
