I'm new to the area, and this was the longest trip away from my cats I've ever taken. I've never used a pet sitter before, and Rae'Na was great. Very responsive, kept in touch, and was very accommodating with this also being in the middle of me switching my cats to wet food and still learning their needs. It was all very reassuring.

Melanie was great with my beagle boys. This was their first time having a "stranger" come in the house when I wasn't home and the boys were on alert. Melanie made them feel safe and took great care of them. I also enjoyed the candid photos of their drop in visit.

Kaitlyn was so friendly and kind with our dog! She even came to meet us/him before caring for him! She sent us pictures and texts to update us on how things were going. She was understanding with me when I was unsure about using the Rover app, and connected with me personally. She is reliable, convenient and gave our dog the best care. We are hopeful she will help us out again in the future!
