If I could give Ali more than 5 stars, I would. She made my shy cat feel safe and comfortable every time she stopped in. I loved every check in she left throughout the week and how detailed and caring they were. She definitely made leaving my baby behind much easier on my heart

Joy has been really great to work with! I had a vacation planned last minute and this was my first time using rover. She worked with me to pick times and even came and met my dogs before hand. She sent me pictures and updates and just made me feel comfortable so I didn't have to worry about leaving them at home.

Jill was great! Ridley is very nervous around strangers almost to the point of aggressive acting. Jill came by and did a meet n greet before first drop in while we were home and He warmed up to her within 20 min. (Which is unheard of, it usually takes months)! She kept in communication and updated me and sent a ton of pictures, which put our minds at ease! We will definitely use her again!

Cat did a wonderful job caring for our cat while on vacation. Our cat was recently adopted and a little shy, but warmed up to Cat immediately. Cat was timely and communicated very well. I would highly recommend.
