Alma did a great job taking care of my cats while we were out of town. She showed up at the same time every day, was able to see and interact with three of my four cats (the fourth being an elusive shadow lol), and she sent cute pics with her updates.

Sofia has been a lifesaver this summer! Our travel schedule had several changes and Sofia handled it with grace and poise. Sofia provides excellent daily detailed messages, and photos and she doesn’t hesitate to ask questions. This gives me comfort in knowing that my two 17 year old cats are well cared for. Thank you for providing such exceptional service.

Wendy took good care of Solei during her visit—she made sure he was fed, had fresh water, and even tidied up, which I really appreciated. She was also honest and communicative about the unexpected escape incident. While I didn’t explain the reason behind not including a harness, I had hoped the instructions would be followed as written. Solei also isn’t friendly with other dogs or children, which was noted on the care sheet. I appreciate Wendy’s effort and transparency, and just recommend paying extra attention to care notes in the future, especially for pets with special instructions.

Jamie is so good with our boys and we are so happy knowing they are in her capable hands when we have to be away for extended periods of time. She's always on time, incredibly professional, and our boys seem to love her visits.
