Kim was fantastic. She listened in intently to all the info I provided her for a simple drop by visit to let my Dachshund outside. It is the first time I've used a service like Rover so I went a little overboard on details. I think its like the first time you leave a kid with a new babysitter. Kim kept me updated and treated my Dachshund like her own pet. I will be using Kim in the future
