I’m not normally disorganized but as a first impression…. Let’s just say, I was having a bad weekend the first time I used Laura to watch Renny. Laura met every bump in the road with stride and with so much empathy. What a sweet person! And Renny loved her.

This was my first Rover experience, but Samantha made me feel extra comfortable and her communication was great! She was on time and treated my pup like family. I will definitely be using her in the future!!

Sarah did an excellent job checking in on my cat while I was on vacation. She met with me beforehand to get to know my pet's needs and sent me update pictures of him while I was gone. It made my trip so much more enjoyable knowing I had a reliable person checking in on him and I will definitely use Sarah again in the future.

Carmen did a great job taking care of my cats while I was away. I came home to two happy cats and everything in good shape. Communication was smooth and she followed instructions without any issues. I’d trust her with my pets again and recommend her to others.
