From the moment I hired her, she was highly responsive and kept me updated, which made my vacation completely stress-free. Not only did she take excellent care of Simba—who absolutely adores her and thrives under her care—but she also went above and beyond by taking out trash. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set her apart. Thanks to her, I could enjoy my trip knowing Simba was in the best hands. Dana took care of my tuxy and was an amazing cat-sitter! She sent me many photos and even videos of my cat and always reassured me that he was happy and well-taken care of. Absolutely without a doubt one of the best cat sitters we have EVER had. Amberley and her husband Matt went above and beyond to slowly introduce my cats to their new surroundings - to the point where they were sleeping with the cats in a separate room to ensure their comfort and care. They went above and beyond a normal “sitter” service. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation. Communication, pictures, etc. were all consistent, prompt and reassuring. Jennifer was wonderful with my senior special needs cat! She gave us regular updates and photos and made friends right away. Unfortunately my girl got sick our first day away, which you never want to happen, but Jennifer handled it like a pro! She will be my go-to sitter from here on.
