Jill is always great. I have had Jill look after my pets literally 100% of the time I have ever used Rover. I had an emergency that took me far away from home and she took great care of everything while I was out. Love the pictures she sends. Love the responsiveness and kindness. Definitely an animal person and definitely a good person.

We’ve hired Kari many times to do drop-in visits on our two cats, Buttonzzz and Zipperzzz. She always responds promptly to messages. She is reliable and trustworthy. I have great peace of mind knowing the cats are well cared for when we’re away. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent for a difficult situation with two cats that have only been cared for by two people the last 10 years. One cat that hid on every visit. She was still able to keep both of them fed and looking great on my return.
