Dog Boarding in Gurnee

Kim was absolutely awesome to our pups. She sent pictures daily and touched base several times throughout the week. We had a return flight time change and Kim was willing to work with us in any way she could. We look forward to working with her again soon.

Jennifer was amazing with Pepe! She sent me daily pics and updates. She also tried to keep pepes regular routine to make the stay less stressful. I highly recommend Jennifer. I will defiantly be using her again for any extended stays.

We had a great experience with Chisato. She took care of our baby very well. She sent us pics and videos periodically. We will definitely go back to her when our baby needs a stay. Thank you so much, Chisato!

Swagata took the absolute best care of our two cats (one we’ve had for 15 years and the other for 8). They mean so much to us and we had to be away for three months somewhere we couldn’t have them, which was honestly heartbreaking. I was so nervous we wouldn’t find someone who’d care for them like we do, but I swear she might’ve done an even better job. I think they liked her more than us by the end 😂 She totally got to know their personalities, gave them their favorite toys, helped with their sensitive stomachs, and genuinely loved them. She sent us photos all the time and I never once worried. Her house is basically cat heaven and she’s 100% the cat whisperer. If I could give her 100 stars I would because 5 doesn’t even come close. If my cats ever need to stay somewhere again, it’ll only be with Swagata. Thank you so much Swagata!! ❤️

Jacob is an amazing sitter. Loki boarded with him twice thus far for a few days and had a great time. He had fun playing with his dog Murphy, and looked so happy in his pictures. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dee. We’d never been able to leave our dog with a sitter before because he is anxious and reactive. With Dee’s patience and expertise, he warmed up to her and ended up having an AMAZING time with her! He was one happy boy and we were very happy customers. My goodness! Where do I start? Jordan is so welcoming and attentive. She sent me updates during my vacation as well as pictures and I couldn’t be happier. Jordan has a wonderful spirit that instantly makes your feel safe and comfortable. Her puppy is also very adorable and sweet. Veronique took wonderful care of my little dog, Nutella, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was very friendly, attentive, and clearly has a natural way with animals. Nutella enjoyed her company, the new friends she made, and the fun walks they went on together. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I highly recommend Veronique to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!

Truly amazing! I was constantly receiving text and pictures about my Joy I am very happy with how she was treated. This was my first time leaving my puppy, and I felt very comfortable knowing my joy was safe and taken care of very well, I would definitely recommend.

Tessa and her husband were wonderful!!! They are very attentive of Pepper and treated her like their own dog which made us feel very comfortable leaving pepper for the weekend. When we dropped Pepper , she can’t wait to get inside their house like she’s been a while. Pepper seemed very happy during her time at their house and we were so grateful for the pictures Tessa sent to use over the weekend. We definitely would love Tessa to take care of Pepper again. Norma rocks. Last time we boarded with her, I flaked out TWICE! I drove off for our trip and forgot to give her the dogs' food, and I also accidentally booked their stay to end one day before we returned to town. She was glad to accommodate both silly mistakes, and - of course - took great care of the dogs. She's definitely our go-to Rover. Absolutely the best!

Kelsey was great! She had a strong affection for our dog and was very attentive, making sure our dog was comfortable, was fed well and got a lot of exercise. We definitely recommend her and look forward to another opportunity to have our dog stay with her.

Sarah was amazing with our pup Mago! This was his first time being boarded, and she was kind and patient. We could tell Mago was well cared for and happy. Highly recommend Sarah—we would absolutely book with her again!
