Karli did a good job taking care of our kitties while we were gone, sent updates/pictures, and made sure their litter and food areas were clean and tidy. I did notice that the automatic food dispenser was not filled at her last visit, so they did run out before we returned, which was unfortunate but was likely just overlooked considering we did not come home that same day. Overall it was definitely worth it to know our cats had someone checking on them!

Lauren has been absolutely wonderful with Willow!! She makes sure her crate is nice and clean and gives her all the belly rubs she could ask for.

Jackie’s care for my beloved love bug of a dog was outstanding. We lost our other dog a week before our trip . After a couple days of shyness, she soaked up the attention & love.

I've never had a pet sitter that wasn't a friend or family, so I was a little nervous hiring someone unknown, but Coleen was great! Came in, immediately let my cat sniff her, and then plopped down on the floor to get on my cat's level. She made me feel much better about leaving my cat to someone I didn't know. If I ever need to hire someone again, I will be choosing Coleen.

Karina was excellent with our pup, Gary! She was flexible on short notice and a life saver when we needed to extend for additional time. Gary this time around had an extended time away from us but lit up with joy when Karina made her visits. She took good care of his needs and was able to connect well with Gary to make our time away easier. We appreciate her working with us when we urgently needed to extend visits. We highly recommend Karina. Your fur baby would be in great hands!

Jenny is amazing!!!! She completed all of the tasks AND had time to play/pet/brush my cat. 5/5 recommend and I’ll rebook her in the future if needed!

Above and beyond. Thanks so much Lauren for taking care of Thelma and Louie while we were away for a full ten days. Thanks for working with our schedule and weird feeding needs. Will definitely book again.

Chris was amazing with my two cats. One of them is very social and the other is very afraid of people. She always made sure to snap a picture of the shy one for me (and of the other as well). She went above and beyond in her care for them, doing more than I even asked her to (giving my medium hair a brush because he looked like he needed it). Chris' care of my cats was way beyond what I could have expected anyone to do. I will definitely be hiring her again!

Ray is marvelous with dogs and does such a nice job establishing a strong bond and taking good care of our dog Belle.

We feel so comfortable with Beth and so reassured our cats will be well cared for while we are away! Beth always makes sure to give the cats some pets and attention, she takes lots of pictures, and sends a good summary of the visit so we know how it went. Food, water, and litter are always taken care of. We appreciate having her come and will definitely rebook!

Keri took such good care of our 3 cats while we were away. It was our first time using Rover and we were a little nervous about what to expect, but Keri quickly made us feel at ease with her reliability, trustworthiness, and going above and beyond in caring for the kitties. We couldn't be more pleased with our first experience with Rover and with Keri.

I contacted Elva the afternoon before my drop in visit was scheduled and she came over right away for a meet and greet. I was comforted knowing Riley was in good hands while I was out of town. Elva was very communicative and sent photos and recaps from her drop ins which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend and rebook Elva in the future.

Michael is incredibly professional. He immediately bonded with our dogs when he came to meet them before we left for the weekend and he went above and beyond our expectations. He kept us updated on their status and did a great job handling two dogs 10 years apart in age with very distinct personalities
