Dog Boarding in Highwood

Soojin has been the best person who has ever taken care of my dog Chewy! She sent me pictures every day and he thoroughly enjoyed staying with her! Highly recommend Soojin!

Hannah was honestly amazing with Mars. He stayed with her for 4 days and had the best time. He played a lot with her daughter and other dogs, and loved spending time in the backyard. Hannah sent me photos every day, which I really appreciated, and Mars looked so happy and relaxed the whole time. It was clear he felt comfortable and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Hannah and will definitely be booking with her again!

Gvido and family took just excellent care of my girls. Really went above and beyond with walks and fun girls trips. So happy my girls received loving care in this beautiful home. Highly recommend!

I know from the pictures being sent to my phone that my Quincy had a good vacation. There wasn't a time to meet before Quincy's stay, so I talked to Denis on the phone. I am picky about who takes care of my dog. Denis answered all my questions and instantly made me feel comfortable with the whole idea of leaving Quincy with him and his family. We were a long way from home. It actually took two whole days to get to Deerfield from Arkansas. Quincy is part of our family, so I wanted him to be with us as much as possible. We knew he could stay with us most of the trip because we were in a car or hotel. My husband and I were very grateful for Denis and Nikki and their family for entertaining our pup while we visited family and traveled an hour to Chicago. While we were having fun with family, we knew Quincy was having fun, too. I know from the pictures that Quincy had a great time thanks to the beautiful family that kept him over the weekend.

Julie did an amazing job with Bella! She was very friendly and Bella loved both her and her other dogs. While I was away, she sent multiple updates and was always available. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We were so pleased with Thao's care of our dog. She was super flexible and was able to work her schedule around ours when we had a last minute change in drop-off time. We will definitely be calling on her again the next time we need a sitter for Koke!

Most excellent dog care! Laura and Vladimir are perfect for dog care. They handled many dogs over the years and know how to read each pet and their needs. Our pup has had the happiest time ever as somebody else’s house. I’m so glad we her with Laura and Vladimir‘s care. I highly recommend them especially for small two medium dogs. They’re amazing pet parents.

Juliana was a great host and would certainly trust her to care for Jasper again. Prompt communication, picture updates, and was flexible when our schedule changed. Great environment for dogs!

Marta is the best! We left our baby (dog) to her for 16 days and we’re so glad we chose her. She treated our dog as her own. She and her daughter Bella were so nice to our dog. She was sending us photos and we even FaceTimed if we asked her. Thanks Marta! I will definitely choose you again if we need someone to sit for our dog.

Rhondarose was awesome! This was the first time ever boarding the dogs and she did a fantastic job. Lots of updates and took great care of them. Provided them plenty of walks and lots of play. I could tell they were happy and had a great time from the photos. Highly recommend and will use again!

Pat provided an ideal sitting service for our two pups. She's very personable and communicative, and clearly loves dogs, and knows how to care for them. We'd trust Pat anytime to care for our fur babies!

As a seasoned host but first time DogVacay guest, I was happy to have found Dan -- he is such a nice guy, and after our meet and greet I was put at ease knowing my little baby would have a great home over the holidays. Dan was responsive, responsible, observant of my pup's behavior, and flexible when my flight was delayed. I wouldn't hesitate to leave Rue with Dan again for another vacay!

Appreciated being able to go away and leave our sweet pup knowing he was well cared for. Updates and photos were greatly appreciated. Mike is wonderful.

It’s always hard to leave our fur baby behind when we go on vacation, but Amy and Lamar made it so easy and took such great care of her! They are so incredibly nice and gave attention to every detail. Suki was a happy pup when we picked her up. She clearly had a good time. Thank you so much, Amy & Lamar!

We are so thankful to have found Diane! Our dog was happy and well cared for during a 10 day stay. Diane is kind and attentive and reached out with pictures and info every day. Her dog is very sweet and got along great with our dog. We could tell Diane took great care of our girl. We will definitely use her again!

It was the first time utilizing a sitter and I’m so glad to have had Tatiana taking care of my Monet who is usually wary of strangers. She was so gentle with her and took such good care of her. She even sent regular pictures to let me know how she was doing. It was such a comfort to know Monet was so well taken care of.

We had such a great experience with daycare and then overnight boarding for our sometimes challenging girl. The staff we met were clearly so experienced and passionate about providing great care to the dogs they were looking after. Compared to other daycares we have used, the staff here have a greater breadth of knowledge regarding behavior and training -- which we are planning on using!

Nicole was wonderful with our 4 year old dog. She took such good care of him and he came home happy and tired. Nicole was super communicative and flexible with us. We will without a doubt board our pup with her again.
