Dog Boarding in Highwood

Julie did an amazing job with Bella! She was very friendly and Bella loved both her and her other dogs. While I was away, she sent multiple updates and was always available. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Hannah was amazing, she really took amazing care of our dog. My little munchkin (Ginger) was spoiled during her stay. Best part was, Hannah's daughter and ginger became good friends. Looking forward to take Hannah's services in the future.

Gvido and family took great care of Gertie! They were kind, responsive and sent plenty of photos and updates. Gertie had a great time and will be excited to go back there the next time we are away!

This was my first time leaving my 13 week old puppy with someone else. So of course I was nervous. Thao and her family quickly engaged him, making him feel comfortable, happy, and excited. He was overjoyed to see me when I returned, but it was clear he would have been just fine continuing to hang out with them! A great first visit!

Nicole was wonderful with our 4 year old dog. She took such good care of him and he came home happy and tired. Nicole was super communicative and flexible with us. We will without a doubt board our pup with her again.

Marta did a great job with our pup and followed direction and sent pictures and updates frequently even though he was only there for one night! We will definitely be using her again in the future and will recommend her to others!

This was our first time using Rover.com and Denis & Nikki made us so glad we did!! They were very easy to work with and took wonderful care of our two dogs including sending us regular picture updates on how the dogs were doing, walks they were taking and cuddle moments with them and their kiddos. Upon pick up it was obvious the dogs had been well cared for and were happy. SO thankful to have found them and will definitely be a repeat customer!!

It’s always hard to leave our fur baby behind when we go on vacation, but Amy and Lamar made it so easy and took such great care of her! They are so incredibly nice and gave attention to every detail. Suki was a happy pup when we picked her up. She clearly had a good time. Thank you so much, Amy & Lamar!

We left our baby boy for the first time in 4 years and Mike truly understood our emotions. He is really nice and gave Mylo a lot of love and care. Thank you so much for taking care of him. Definitely going back to him again

Balaji and Sanna took outstanding care of our 2 pups. They clearly love dogs and treated ours like royalty with walks, playtime, and even goodie bags when they went home! Our dogs loved playing with Mocha and came home happily worn out at the end of their stay - maybe even a little disappointed to come back with us, ha! We would highly recommend these lovely people and hope they’ll watch Bailey and Walter for us again. It’s so nice to go on vacation knowing our pets are well-cared for and having a great time, too!

As a seasoned host but first time DogVacay guest, I was happy to have found Dan -- he is such a nice guy, and after our meet and greet I was put at ease knowing my little baby would have a great home over the holidays. Dan was responsive, responsible, observant of my pup's behavior, and flexible when my flight was delayed. I wouldn't hesitate to leave Rue with Dan again for another vacay!

We were so glad to have found Laura and Vladimir to watch Roxie for almost three weeks while we traveled abroad. They are the perfect dog-sitters--their home is warm and cozy, they have a great fenced yard and you can tell that they just love dogs. They kept in touch with us and sent updates and pix when we were gone, and we could tell when we picked her up that she was happy and well cared for. We will definitely use them again.

Soojin has been the best person who has ever taken care of my dog Chewy! She sent me pictures every day and he thoroughly enjoyed staying with her! Highly recommend Soojin!

Melissa and her family treated our fur-baby like one of their own. She sent frequent updates and photos of him being snuggled and so well cared for while we were out of town. It gave us complete peace of mind. We would absolutely use her again and will be recommending her to all of our family and friends!

Cristina was wonderful! Seeing her midday check in photo was so reassuring while our dog was with her for the day. Her dog, Bear, is so sweet and Chuck played so well with him. At the end of the day, Chuck was happy and exhausted. I totally recommend and will use her services again!

Kyle and his family treated our puppy like their own and took great care of her. We definitely recommend Kyle to anyone and feel comfortable leaving our puppy in his care again.

Patricia was wonderful with my senior beagle! She hasn't been watched by many people and has a few health problems which can make it worrisome to have her cared for by others. Patricia made us feel comfortable from the first meet and greet. You can tell she cares so much for the pups and thoroughly took notes about my dogs medical needs and personality. She provided updates and photos which was fantastic! We trusted her immediately and are thankful to have found her. We will definitely be using her in the future!

Thea was fantastic! Pumpkin thoroughly enjoyed her time there and was sad to leave!!! Thea provides regular updates, lots of pictures, so much care and her ability to manage my super active puppy left me with so much confidence I immediately booked her next stay!! Osiris was a fantastic host pup as well ...love 💗 them both!!!
