Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure she gave my cat his injections. He was difficult but she was a trooper and got the job done. I very much appreciate all her hard work. I would highly recommend her.

Sarah was wonderful - this was our first experience using Rover and I was pleasantly surprised! She answers very quickly and is super flexible - we met with her a week prior, had her over to meet the cats and us, and walked her through their care routine. Her report cards after each visits were super detailed, she took pictures of the clean litter boxes and full bowls of food to let us know that our babies were taken care of. Super grateful for our awesome experience. We’ll definitely be using Sarah again.

She is, without question, one of the most professional, compassionate, and attentive sitters I have ever worked with. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that Kirstin has a natural gift with animals. She approached each dog with patience, warmth, and genuine affection. Zoe, who is older and recently had a neurological episode, requires very careful handling — especially with stairs and balance. Kirstin followed every instruction meticulously, treated her with gentleness and respect, and made sure she felt safe every moment. Her attentiveness gave me tremendous peace of mind. Zacy, energetic and full of personality, also bonded with her immediately. Kirstin understood his routine, managed his needs perfectly, and made sure both dogs felt calm, comfortable, and loved. What truly sets Kirstin apart is her communication. She updated me regularly, sent photos, and asked thoughtful questions when needed. I always knew my dogs were in excellent hands. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are exceptional. Caring for a senior dog and a small, active dog at the same time is not easy — yet Kirstin handled everything flawlessly and with a loving heart. Alexandra was great with both of my cats. She was very caring, she was on time and she spent quality time with them both. I felt she went above and beyond of what I expected from a sitter. When I got home, my cats seemed very happy. The photos she sent me were great! I know my cats loved her!

For the past two and a half years, my senior English bully - Daisy - has looked forward to Brian’s daily visits. Brian is such a remarkable Rover find — always reliable, and goes the extra mile to care for Daisy. I’ve always felt safe while at work knowing that Daisy will get her visit and be taken care of during the day with Brian’s visit. He’s very cognizant of Daisy’s health issues and needs. On days when her hips are extra bothersome to her, he was gracious enough to carry all 50 lbs of her up and down three flights of stairs. I’ve also come to look forward to the daily fun and cute photos of my Daisy from him with the funny blurbs of what they’ve been up to during the visit. Brian has also been so flexible with weekend schedule visits. If Daisy and I didn’t need to move further away, I would have kept the daily visits with Brian. Although having said that, Brian is still willing to accommodate some visits when needed despite the distance. Always so gracious on top of being such a compassionate person who truly deeply cares for my Daisy. I highly recommend him, and whoever hires him is extremely lucky to get the kind of attention and loving care he gives to your furry babies. Thank you so much, Brian!
