Always wonderful about giving me detailed updates and making sure my babies are well cared for!

Julie was really nice and took good care of my fur babies. My fur babies (cats) hide, so she didn't get to see them very often. I would hire her again.

Kathryn was an incredible caregiver for our fur baby. We were so nervous to leave our new kitten, but she surpassed all of our expectations! She was prompt and reliable. She updated us each day with photos and updates on our baby. She was extremely caring and a true animal lover. I highly recommend this pet sitter. Thank you Kathryn!

Norma interacted with my cats nicely. They are comfortable with her and she is with them. I can tell she loves animals! She has a positive attitude and is easy to work with. I feel good that I can go out of town and know that my pets are taken care of with a dependable sitter.

Amazing!!! They both did a wonderful job of taking care of my fur babies. They picked up pillows that my bad fur kids knocked down and straightened a few other things. They managed to find their hiding spots and take photos of them during their check-ins. Had a few packages arrive earlier than anticipated and they were gracious enough to bring them indoors. I definitely recommend them and hope they are available when needed in the future.

Stella was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why! She was AMAZING!!! My dog instantly fell in love with her and I knew she would be in great hands. Everyone says they are an animal lovers, but... animals really love Stella. She just has a warmth to her. I will absolutely leave Umi with her again.

This is the second time I have had Brittany take care of the cat clan here, and once again she did a great job! It is reassuring to receive her msgs and photos while away. I know the cats are well taken care of. I will definitely book her again.

It was our first time using Rover and we were a little skeptical of the app, however, Hope was AMAZING. We hardly ever go on vacation, so leaving our cats and bird alone stressed us out. Hope was a perfect fit for us and we were able to have a stress free trip! At the meet and greet she was professional, sweet, and attentive. She asked a lot of questions to get to know us and to figure out our pets' needs. She updated us everyday with pictures and funny stories about our pets. She's hilarious and we can tell she enjoyed her time with our babies. The moment we came home from our trip we could tell our pets were well taken care of and loved. She's a true animal lover! We would without any hesitation rebook with Hope and highly recommend her!! Thank you Hope!!

Thank you to Rachel for taking such great care of Nardie. He is not used to having people he does not know come and go…it was very clear he took a liking to Rachel:) I appreciate you being patient with him in order to feed and give him his insulin shot.

Barbara did a great job! She took extra care in communications, and even checked on our cats extra when she had a concern. We'll definitely be booking her again!

We always ask for Haley because of her wonderful care of Ella and attention to her comfort. So grateful that she’s always been accommodating to our schedule too.

Sarah was wonderful - this was our first experience using Rover and I was pleasantly surprised! She answers very quickly and is super flexible - we met with her a week prior, had her over to meet the cats and us, and walked her through their care routine. Her report cards after each visits were super detailed, she took pictures of the clean litter boxes and full bowls of food to let us know that our babies were taken care of. Super grateful for our awesome experience. We’ll definitely be using Sarah again.
