I am absolutely thrilled to have found Pete through Rover's service. I have three very emotionally needy cats, one of which is nearly 20 years old. I am new to this area and didn't know anyone locally to watch them. I have not allowed myself to go on vacation for quite some time, and was overdue. I was very nervous about trusting a stranger, but Rover gave me confidence that they screen every one. Turns out that Pete is a retired insurance industry executive and demonstrated real professionalism when making arrangements to watch my cats. He sent me pictures of them every day while I was gone. I came home to find three very well fed, contented cats with a nice clean feeding area. Job well done, my confidence was well-placed. I will hire Pete again and i think I'll begin traveling more.

Bill has been watching my two very needy Australian Shepherds for about the last 8 months. I work a lot. Long hours, midnight shifts, holidays, last minute schedule changes. Bill has never missed a day. He’s patient with my dogs, patient with scheduling changes, and has increased our quality of life drastically. My dogs have separation anxiety and I am very neurotic about their care because they are my whole family. I no longer have to worry about my dogs while I’m working, because for the first time I KNOW they are being cared for properly. I have never had someone caring for my dogs that I felt I could trust implicitly. Being able to trust him with my boys and let go of worrying has been an amazing change. Bill usually updates me on what my dogs did that day and how they behaved. He trained both of them to walk on my treadmill since I frequently have him check on them late at night when walking outside isn’t feasible. They’re happy and exercised and well behaved when I get home from a long shift. Thank you so much, Bill!

Rachel was wonderful with my fur babies. She gave me updates after each visit along with pictures. She was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend her.
