Erika is a sweetheart! She did a wonderful job caring for my cat while I was out of town. She left my place cleaner than she found it and kept in communication to calm an anxious cat-mom's mind. Would recommend and plan on asking her again when the time comes.

Kristy was a fantastic sitter and went above and beyond for my kitties while I was away. She stayed the entire half hour and even extra at times to make sure they were happy and played with. I appreciate all the extra effort and communication. I felt so at ease knowing they were in the best care! I will reach out to her any time I have to leave my pets, she’s definitely earned a new client with her professionalism and honest love for animals. Thanks again, Kristy!

In the past we’ve used a boarding service for our kitty Douglas, but due to him coming home stressed out more often than not this time we decided to try rover for our 6 day trip and we are glad we did! Luy followed all our directions and we came home to a happy kitty cat! We had no issues while away and felt like our baby was very safe with Luy. We will be using her again when we take our next trip!

Caroline was great about checking in and watching my cat. I heard from her each visit and all instructions were followed. She was even nice enough to carry in my Amazon package for me.

Service was great! She was very communicative and kept us up to date. We totally forgot to tell her our contractor was coming one of the days and she was proactive in calling us to make sure he was who he said he was. Would definitely use Goka & fam again! Second, she took wonderful care of Bruce following all the instructions I left. She completed the checks on time and created nice reports with pictures and descriptions of how Bruce was doing.
