Jaime was awesome! This was the first time we were leaving our cats for more than a long weekend. We had never used a service before but a friend recommended Rover so we gave it a try. Jaime had great reviews so we knew she came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. She came to meet us ahead of time and met the cats. I could tell immediately she loved animals. We had great conversation and I knew we were in good hands. She took great care of our babies. She even was able to add an extra day when our flight got changed.
