Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Lake in the Hills

Alyssa was awesome! Our cats were so comfortable with her and loved the daily attention they got. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands while we were gone for a week. We got a daily download of the visit and lots of pictures!

Madeline was a complete lifesaver (maybe literally)! I recently had to go out of town for a funeral, and of course my 17 year old cat decided to pick that week to get sick. I messaged Maddie less than 24 hours before my flight left, totally convinced my cat wouldn't be here when I got back, but she responded almost immediately and set up a time to meet Gua. She then basically nursed my cat back to health, giving her food, water, and medication when I was out of town. I can't tell you how reassuring it was to know that there was someone reliable looking after my cat when I was in the midst of dealing with funeral planning. Plus, Maddie sent so many pictures and text updates that it basically felt like I never even left my cat. I can't recommend Maddie enough, and I fully intend to contact her the next time I need a pet sitter.

This was our first experience with River. Our dog sitters canceled a couple days before our trip. We’ve never left them alone with a sitter service or boarding so we were a little nervous but Miss Janet saved the day! She communicated with us, sent photos. We loved her & the dogs loved her! We will definitely be calling her again.

Jaime was awesome! This was the first time we were leaving our cats for more than a long weekend. We had never used a service before but a friend recommended Rover so we gave it a try. Jaime had great reviews so we knew she came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. She came to meet us ahead of time and met the cats. I could tell immediately she loved animals. We had great conversation and I knew we were in good hands. She took great care of our babies. She even was able to add an extra day when our flight got changed. I would highly recommend Jaime and we will definitely request her for future trips!!

Figgy had a wonderful time with Jessica! He was comfortable with her and went potty outside and even took a treat from her. That means a lot to me especially since he is a rescue and isn’t sure of people yet. I appreciate how good she was with him and taking her time.

I have used Natalie’s service a couple times now and am very satisfied and my pups also enjoy being around her. If you need help with your pets, Natalie is a great one to call on. You can tell she cares about what she does.

Laura provided excellent care to my two pitbull puppies while I was on a long day trip. She made sure they had the opportunity to play and run around to get their energy out and gave them some fun snacks. This drop-in visit made a huge difference for them when faced with having to be in their crates for 10 hours. She sent lots of fun pictures that helped ease my stress at leaving them for so long. We will definitely use her again!

Elodie always does a great job. She’s always on time and takes very good care of my pup. I’ll definitely be using her again!

Marcy was awesome! She followed instructions for feeding and playing perfectly. She was always on time.

Marie was awesome! This was our first time with rover and also first time for Krypto with someone new. We were traveling overseas and were a little jittery being several firsts for our little one, but Marie gave us the confidence! She kept us updated regularly and we were extremely pleased. Above all, coming back we saw Krypto happy and cheerful! Thank you Marie! We highly recommend her!

Alexis is phenomenal! Alexis has been visiting our two puppies regularly for almost a year and they love her! Her communication and availability is wonderful. She is very friendly and trustworthy.
