Haley has been incredible, this is my first experience with Rover and I had a lot of questions. Thankfully, Haley was more than equipped to answer anything and everything I asked. I have a younger dog that does bark at new people, Haley took it all in stride, moving slow, allowing for sniffs and other close investigations. Within minutes they were best friends. There is still a little barking when Haley first arrives, but my dog quickly settles down and races outside for playtime. Haley asks me what my preferences are for the dogs and always follows up to ensure that my needs are understood. I LOVE the report cards and photos after each session. Seeing my dogs happy smiling faces after she visits with them makes me feel so at ease. Very, very happy to have found her!

Gwen did an awesome job with my dog and cats. I loved the reports and pictures, and she even made great friends with my one cat that is very shy of strangers. She truly loved spending time with them and made sure they got lots of love and attention. I was able to enjoy my time away and not worry about how they were doing.

Sam was so amazing! She went above and beyond for our pets. This was the first time we’ve had someone come to our home while we were away, so we were super nervous, but Sam made the whole process worry-free and kept us updated on everything. We will 100% be coming back to her in the future!

Tommy and Julie were fantastic this past week. They came over in advance to meet our cats and see what their routine was like. They asked lots of questions to make sure the booking was a good fit for us and them. They were very friendly and responsive while we were gone, they arrived on time every day, brought in packages and mail for us when they were here. They took time and care to feed the cats, clean their dishes and played with them every day. We received daily pictures and video from them as well. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again as well!

Chris was amazing with our shy, brand spanking new puppy. We’ve only had her less than a week and I wanted to make sure she stayed on schedule. At the meet and greet, our puppy was shy but warmed up quickly to Chris. He left very detailed notes about what they did and the best pics!

Brittany took great care of the cat clan here while I was away. I was a bit nervous as this was my first time using the app, but Brittany was wonderful. Knowing my 4 cats were being well taken care of put my mind at ease. She managed to take photos of all 4 every day, and I enjoyed reading her summary of the visits . I highly recommend her. I will definitely book her again.

Declan did a fantastic job with drop in visits for our yellow lab and our cat. At the meet and greet he asked thorough questions and took the time to get to know our pets. He was communicative and sent lots of photos at each visit. Highly recommend Declan and will definitely use him again!

Sara was really knowledgeable as well as friendly. She was great with our Dog and sent us pictures and a summary of her visit everyday. I think our dog wanted to leave with her once we returned(which is a good sign?)
