Kathryn was an incredible caregiver for our fur baby. We were so nervous to leave our new kitten, but she surpassed all of our expectations! She was prompt and reliable. Alex and Haley became Oliver's new (and only) best friends! I was gone 2 weeks and Oliver was a lonely boy. Their visits were the highlight of his day!

Sarah was wonderful - this was our first experience using Rover and I was pleasantly surprised! She answers very quickly and is super flexible - we met with her a week prior, had her over to meet the cats and us, and walked her through their care routine. Her report cards after each visits were super detailed, she took pictures of the clean litter boxes and full bowls of food to let us know that our babies were taken care of. Super grateful for our awesome experience. We’ll definitely be using Sarah again.

Katie was so great with Ava and Chubbs! This was our first time using her service, and we were very happy with her! She sent us video and pictures of our fur babies while we were away from them. We will definitely use her service again!!!

Alexandra was great with both of my cats. She was very caring, she was on time and she spent quality time with them both. I felt she went above and beyond of what I expected from a sitter. When I got home, my cats seemed very happy. The photos she sent me were great! I know my cats loved her!

We have had Megan visit our home and watch our two pups several times. She was amazing with both of our dogs, especially our shelter dog who struggles with new people. She is so patient and caring as well as attentive to what the dogs need. I can't say enough amazing things about how awesome of a dog sitter Megan is.

Zoe, who is older and recently had a neurological episode, requires very careful handling — especially with stairs and balance. Zacy, energetic and full of personality, also bonded with her immediately. Kirstin understood his routine, managed his needs perfectly, and made sure both dogs felt calm, comfortable, and loved. Christopher drops in a couple of times a week since the end of this summer and it’s been going GREAT! My dog Flash loves Chris! They have a routine.. first intense sniffing ( because he has his own and also watches other doggies as well) then play indoor fetch game, then a quick walk around the block. Chris was also flexible on schedule changes, and he always let me know if running late, etc. communication really fast, very reliable person for your four legged family member!

Once again everything went well while we were gone and came home to happy animals! Thanks again.

Amazing!!! They both did a wonderful job of taking care of my fur babies. They picked up pillows that my bad fur kids knocked down and straightened a few other things. They managed to find their hiding spots and take photos of them during their check-ins. Had a few packages arrive earlier than anticipated and they were gracious enough to bring them indoors. I definitely recommend them and hope they are available when needed in the future.

Bill is a consummate professional. His communication is through, his calendar organization is impeccable, and most important of all, he is great with our dog, Timmy. We highly recommend Bill for your pet-sitting needs.
