Karina was incredible and great to work with! She was very communicative and took the time to play with the cats after feeding/cleaning the litter box. She took many wonderful pictures and made sure they were comfortable and happy whenever she stopped by. Provided great updates after each visit as well. Jennifer was amazing! She was very professional and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire time (about 2 weeks). We had a walkthrough about 3 months before our trip and she reached out to do a refresher run through shortly before we left to make sure she didn't miss anything, which was greatly appreciated. She left thorough notes after each visit. My kitties are generally pretty shy when it comes to new people but they warmed up to her very quickly! Would definitely have Jennifer care for my babies again!
