Brianna is a superhero for my cat today! She just saved my baby boy from starving. 🥹 It was a last-minute booking, and I was so glad she was able to meet my expectations or i'd say she's beyond my expectations! We didn't have a pre-visit; I just gave her instructions, and she nailed it. She even wanted to do something extra, like take out the trash. I was very nervous when we were looking for help with our two rescue dogs, one of whom is reactive and takes a bit to get used to new people. Kati is absolutely wonderful with the dogs and it is clear she has tons of experience with dogs of all different needs and temperaments. Karina was incredible and great to work with! She was very communicative and took the time to play with the cats after feeding/cleaning the litter box. She took many wonderful pictures and made sure they were comfortable and happy whenever she stopped by. Provided great updates after each visit as well. Leora is THE BEST!! We had work being done in our home while we were away due to a burst pipe and flooding repair. There were workers in the house and it was a mess. My kitty was especially happy to have a snuggly visit from Leora everyday, as all the unwelcome commotion was really stressful for him. Leora was such a good sport in navigating through the mess and supporting our cat. We are so grateful! She is awesome! Highly recommend
