Dog Boarding in Makanda

I'm so happy that I found Rick on the Rover sight and asked him to watch Sailor. She has high anxiety, but with him when I picked her up, she wasn't even in panick mode or panting to catch her breath like she usually is at dog resorts. That comforted me so much, plus he sent pictures of her throughout the day, which was great to see that she was okay and having fun. I just could not thank him enough. I knew she was in good hands. That was such a relief for me that I could enjoy being with my family while she was there. I definitely will be contacting him the next time I go visit my family. ♥️♥️

Dyshyn did very well with our golden retriever Simba. He kept him from 14-18 and provided us updates and pictures. He had him outside a lot and introduced him to the other dogs. He allowed us to drop Simba off early in the morning for our trip. Would definitely recommend him and will be using Him again for future . We felt very comfortable leaving our dog here and we knew he would be in good hands

Second time having Jason and his family watch my two pups. They came back happy with no issues returning to our daily schedule with pottying and feeding. It’s so comforting knowing they’re having a blast over there getting alllll the attention they want. Thank you again Jason & family!

Stephanie watched our 12 week puppy for a week and she is amazing with dogs. She was great with feedback and pictures. She made sure to give our puppy plenty of walks and was very attentive to how we were trying to train him. He is an early riser and she put up with his 5:00 am wake up calls. We will absolutely call on her again the next time we go away.

Perfect stay! She had us bring our dog over to meet hers beforehand to make sure all would be safe. Our dog was so happy and had so much fun at her house. Julia sent us updates and was totally professional and accommodating. Highly recommend and will use her again when going out of town for trips.

I'm a repeat customer and there is a reason why. Steve is the most conscientious and caring sitter I have found in the whole county. He cares for my dog as if its his own. I love the fact he exercises and plays with my dog. Daily walks many times a day are the norm. His backyard has a newer chainlink fence with lots of room for my dog to roam. He has 1 dog which is super friendly and keeps my dog company. Highly recommend.

She was very good to my baby. She sent me pictures to let me know she was doing good.

Emily was wonderful. She took great care of Carol and Maddie. She kept me up to date with them. She sent me pictures. She even comforted Carol when she was nervouse during a thunder storm. Will definately use her again.

Ashley is fantastic! It is so clear how much she cares for each of the dogs in her care. I didn't worry at all about my baby when I was on my trip because I knew she was in good hands.

Ashlyn is amazing!!! I have a young but very big puppy that hasn't gained his manners yet, and is a ball of hyper energy. Ashlyn was amazing with him and my pup came home clean, happy, and smelling good. I'm so thankful I was able to leave him in such good hands.
