Zoe, who is older and recently had a neurological episode, requires very careful handling — especially with stairs and balance. Kirstin followed every instruction meticulously, treated her with gentleness and respect, and made sure she felt safe every moment. Her attentiveness gave me tremendous peace of mind. Zacy, energetic and full of personality, also bonded with her immediately. Kirstin understood his routine, managed his needs perfectly, and made sure both dogs felt calm, comfortable, and loved. What truly sets Kirstin apart is her communication. She updated me regularly, sent photos, and asked thoughtful questions when needed. I always knew my dogs were in excellent hands. Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure she gave my cat his injections. He was difficult but she was a trooper and got the job done. I very much appreciate all her hard work. I would highly recommend her.

We have had Megan visit our home and watch our two pups several times. She was amazing with both of our dogs, especially our shelter dog who struggles with new people. She is so patient and caring as well as attentive to what the dogs need. I can't say enough amazing things about how awesome of a dog sitter Megan is.
