From the moment I hired her, she was highly responsive and kept me updated, which made my vacation completely stress-free. Not only did she take excellent care of Simba—who absolutely adores her and thrives under her care—but she also went above and beyond by taking out trash. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set her apart. Thanks to her, I could enjoy my trip knowing Simba was in the best hands. In fact, I’m already looking forward to my next vacation because I know she’ll take care of everything perfectly! Olga took wonderful care of my cat while I was away on a 2-week vacation. She did regular Drop-In Visits, was always in touch, and sent plenty of photos and updates, which gave me peace of mind. Jenn was fantastic! Cared for our pets like they were her own. Great communication! She sent updates with photos on every visit. She handled everything: the litter boxes, dishes and even administered meds twice daily for one of our cats! We think highly of Jenn, would confidently book her again and happily recommend her.

Eleanor was attentive to both my cats. They were promptly fed, their water checked, litterbox cleaned, and they even got some playtime. Even my timid cat warmed up to her which is great. She was so nice and communicative, I'd definitely recommend her.

Panda our cat loves Kelly. She sends us pictures and gives us updates and we appreciate her taking care of Panda. Its our first time leaving Panda to anyone and Kelly made it very easy for us and assured us that Panda will be taken care of. Highly recommended.
