Jill was great, and she treated Heidi very well. She was good at communicating and sending photos, too. I've already booked her for two more visits. If you're looking for a sitter, Jill is an excellent choice.

Kari was flexible when we had to change our departure day. She was also responsive to our messages when setting up the booking. We enjoyed seeing Kari’s photos of our cat while we were away. She took some great pics! This was our first time using Rover and it was a positive experience overall!
