Nicholas has been amazing for us. He walks our puppy three times a day and is just wonderful for her. He is always on time and provides great communication to keep us in the loop on our pups day. Finding an understanding walker who could appreciate the needs of a 12 year old lab was our greatest concern—- all those worries were put to rest when we met Katy— She was a prayer answered— She is thoughtful to both the needs of our Franklin as well as our need for walk/visit updates most especially during the heat spell … Truly a kind and thoughtful professional approach to her responsibilities with a heart ❤️ as kind as we coulld have asked for…. If you need a caring, attentive caregiver for your dog, I can't say enough good things about Elva. We've had Elva both for walking our dog as well as boarding home while we have taken trips. She is very kind and attentive, and when she's had him for boarding, she's always let us know how he's doing to ease our mind and let us know he's in great hands. Our dog is a rescue and anxious in many situations, but he is always happy and eager to go to Elva's! Even when we've been there before, she's always been sure to ask if anything has changed. We're definitely lucky to have found Elva!
