Jackie was a phenomenal communicator and asked so many great questions. She is also a talented photographer! I felt so comfortable knowing she was taking care of our two cats. She clearly cares very much about animals and is very experienced, which was awesome given that my cats are high maintenance! She went above and beyond in many ways.

Lori was able to help on very short notice. She had excellent communication and I felt completely secure having her take care of my two kitties. I would definitely have her come over again!

New kitten in the house necessitated a drop in. Kate did great trying to engage her though Lucy was a bit skiddish. As always, Ollie was happy to see her, as was Callie despite her remaining under the bed.

Caitlin did an excellent job taking care of our cats Malcolm and Nala. She stuck to the cats’ schedule which was important to follow. Directions were followed exactly. She brushed our fur babies and the cats played with her a little. She brought in our papers, even though we had asked to cancel the delivery.

This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely use Kristine again! She offered to come meet us and our cat beforehand which helped a lot. She was great with our 17yo cat and really helped put our mind at ease. She was very reliable (came to the house when she said she would) and sent great photos and detailed updates. Kristine is wonderful!

Ally did a great job. My cat was well cared for and received lots of love and attention during the week we were out of town . Ally kept me updated with photos and notes. Great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to have Ally care for Mama Mia again.

Dawn is such a great communicator and is such a soothing person to trust with your pets. I can’t recommend her enough to comfort your critters while you’re away. She’s fast to respond, sends great pics and consistent updates that help you enjoy your vacation without worrying about your pets. Thank you so much Dawn!

Took great care of my kitties, sent lots of photos!

Grace did a great job taking care of our cat while we were away for a week’s vacation. She stayed overnight, send us picture updates and made us feel at ease that our fur baby was in good hands. We came home to a happy pet and a sparkling clean home. Thanks Grace!

Last minute booking for my two cats. Very friendly, and accommodating- checked on my pets and played with them, sent photo updates. Awesome communication and put my mind at ease! Would recommend!

Heather was amazing with Payton Kitty, my 14-year-old Tabby! I'm so happy to have found someone who is not only good with cats, but finicky, skittish, old, medicated cats, at that! Payton is on a transdermal Methimazole for his antithyroidism. It is applied into his earflap (alternating) every 12 hours and in conjunction with his wet food. Heather was meticulous about keeping to Payton's schedule. We were away for 4 days, the first 4 days in 17 months and neither Payton nor I were looking forward to being apart, but Heather made us both feel like we were still together through her detailed check-ins and plenty of pictures! Many of her check-ins made me laugh, when she would mention, "Loud meowing coming from the bedroom," or "He walked away and into the bathroom." Yes, that's my cat. Anti-social to a T. Despite his wandering off when he was "done," she stayed the full 30 minutes just to make sure he had everything he needed. I will definitely lock-in Heather for my next away-from-home excursion! I highly recommend her, especially if you have a cat with fears and/or medication needs! Thank you so much, Heather! Payton says, "Merrrrow!"

Rachel was an excellent pet sitter for my cat Shadow. She is very reliable and Shadow warmed up to her right away! I would definitely use her again!

We recently had Anne care for our three cats while we were away for five days, and she was absolutely fantastic! She made sure they got plenty of attention and playtime, which really put our minds at ease. Anne kept us updated daily with photos and little notes about how each cat was doing, which we really appreciated. When we returned, all three cats were happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. We highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. She went above and beyond, and we will definitely be booking her again in the future.
