Sarah did a great job with Remax. She was very patient with Remax and went above and beyond to make him comfortable. He hadn't been boarded in over a year due to my husband's passing, and she was very patient with him.

Ripley stayed with Shirley for more than two weeks. She documented his experience with daily photos and video as well as with written updates. We were very happy with the excellent care Shirley took of our boy. He feels safe with her, plays and walks with her. He was in great spirits and health when we picked him up. Shirley, once again, has proven to be a loving and competent caregiver and companion to Ripley. Thank you very much, Shirley!

Lucy was so well cared for by Justine and Brett! She just turned 16, so I always worry about her, but those worries quickly melted away. They not only cared for her, but also gave her plenty of attention and playtime. I could tell she was happy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back to them next time the need arises!

Dana was wonderful at every turn, and I highly recommend her. She communicates clearly; is kind, professional, and reliable; and took great care of our dog. Our senior pup came home happy and loved after her time with Dana. We will definitely be rebook for future needs!

I am a new parent to a puppy and was very hesitant to leave Hoku to another stranger. When I saw Jazmin's profile at first glance, I took a chance. She was very friendly and flexible with my time. Even last minute changes she accommodated without hesitation. I especially loved it when Hoku was able to be with other dogs in her home. I think I found a permanent sitter for him whenever I am out of town. The best!

Michelle and Matt took excellent care of our 13-month-old Siberian husky Ocho. They took many pictures and communicated every day which I appreciate for being the first time using Rover.com. Ocho is full of energy and they made sure he had plenty of exercise daily. Although Ocho had a few accidents since he was in the process of potty training, Michelle and Matt showed their love and patience with Ocho. We felt sorry for the inconvenience but Michelle and Matt reassured us and gave us many good advice in training Ocho. We deeply appreciate them for taking great care of our puppy while we are out of town. Thank you!

Cheryl was fantastic, she was great with updates and photos. Our dog ziva was very happy with lots of walks, playtime, and cuddles. We will definitely use her again and recommend. 10 out of 10 because 5 stars wasn't enough.

Lynda did a phenomenal job watching my dog and gave me daily updates and treated her like part of the family. I HIGHLY recommend her. I could not have asked for anything more. She makes your dog feel comfortable and takes care of your dog exceptionally.

Ashley was a great sitter and provided great care. She provided plenty of updates daily with picture and videos. Our initial call was very thorough and she had great procedures in place to keep the dogs on schedule. Her house was set up great to sit multiple dogs. Would book again for my next trip!

I have never used Rover before, let a lone anyone sit my dogs they didn't know or board them. I was very nervous to do so while my fiancé and I were on vacation. Amanda and I spoke often prior to our booking which made me very comfortable leaving my babies with her. At the time of dropping them off to her, both of my dog's warmed up to her pretty quickly (does not happen often). While we were gone, she provided updates with picture's and great feedback. Both of our dog's needed special attention, and she did a great job! So great, that when we picked them up, I can tell my pups grew on to her as she did with them. Amanda, thank you so much for taking care of Yoshi and Lilah so well!

I felt comfortable with Karin S the first time my dog and I met her for a Meet and Greet. She was happy to talk to me but her focus was on my dog and getting to know him. She seemed very experienced, very professional, and very reassuring. Because our dog has separation anxiety, Karin was happy to take him a couple hours the week before to help him feel familiar before we boarded him with her for 17 days. When her schedule changed she made sure he had time to settle in before leaving the house. She sent pictures and little updates so we knew how he was doing while we were gone. I can’t imagine a better sitter for our dog and will definitely call Karin first the next time we need to board him.

This was Reuben’s second time staying with Traci and he loved it! Traci is so good at sending pictures and updates - we are so happy to have found her!

Wayne provided great care for our two dogs! They were clearly comfortable and happy with Wayne and his 2 resident beagles at every point: during our meet and greet, when we dropped them off, in the pictures Wayne sent during their stay, and when we picked them up! We really appreciated how flexible Wayne was with our last-minute booking, how well he understands both dogs' and owners' needs, his responsiveness (quick replies to any inquiry), and the updates with pictures while the dogs were with him.

Waffles always has a great time with Regan! She makes him feel at home and sends us updates and photos so we can see how much fun he’s having :)

She was very responsive and great with Milo. I felt very safe leaving him there and didn't have to worry about him while sightseeing in Chicago. Would definitely use her again if we are in town!

Linda has been nothing but a wonderful sitter for my dog, Duke. She has been very quick to reply my messages, and our meet and greet went very well. She has a cozy home with proper tools for dogs like pet gates and a huge backyard. Her pup, Daisy, is also this super gentle girl that my Duke was abscesses with! Duke spent a lovely Christmas with Linda and her family. Thank you, Linda! I will for sure contact her again when we need someone to take care of our fur baby.

Connie (and JoJo) were amazing! Connie was flexible with pick up and drop off, kept us updated with how our dog was adjusting while we were gone and we couldn't be happier. This is our first time leaving him and with him being blind we were nervous with how he would adjust, but everything went great and we will be booking with Connie again!

Wally looked happy and tired when I picked him up today. The whole family appreciated the photos and updates from Amanda this weekend! Thank you Amanda and Anton!

Melissa was the perfect caring dog sitter for our senior dog and our puppy to board with. They had a wonderful time and we loved getting all the updates with pictures and videos every day to see how they were doing! Pretty sure they did not want to leave.
