I cannot recommend Michelle and Paul enough! I am a nurse and work long hours during the day. As us dog parents know, we love our babies and want the best care for them at all times. I was a little hesitant, as my Benny is a vocal little guy and thought he would turn Paul off. Michelle and I had a great conversation leading up to Paul’s playtime visits and she made me feel assured that Paul has “dog whisperer” qualities. It was fantastic seeing pictures from the visits and knowing that Benny was let outside and played with. Thank you, Michelle and Paul. Your care for Benny made me a huge fan of your services!

Suzanne was my first Rover Experience. I never had anyone watch my dog ever in 9 Yrs except for my Sister. I like her from the start .She was nice and Personable as well as her husband. She had a warm spirit and I could tell she was a real dog lover right from the beginning, not just for the Money. She came to my house for 6 days and did 2 pet check Ins per day as requested. She gave my Dog lots of Love and walked her. She even cleaned my dogs because she popped her Fur. She sent me updates every day and made me comfortable . She responded to all my messages. We greatly appreciated how diligent Vicky was in ensuring that a meet & greet took place prior to watching Max. It allowed Max to get acquainted and helped ensure that the minute to minute of her drop-in went according to plan. Max rarely eats when we are away from home. We could tell he must have been comfortable with Vicky because he ate right away with her.

Lisa has watched my two cats, twice now and I cannot emphasize how amazing she is. She is so professional and always checks everything off my list. She also sends very detailed updates and photos. Patrick did a great job with our cats! He was on time to feed them every day and sent us pictures each day as well. We were very comfortable leaving our boys with him! We definitely call him again!
