Suzanne took such great care of our pets! She was really communicative and let us know she was concerned about one of our cats not eating (due to missing us.) We have used Michelle before, but tonight she was a genuine lifesaver. We accidentally booked her for the wrong week, and day of she modified the Rover visit and checked in on our pets anyways. We cannot recommend Michelle and her husband enough.
